What is the Social Page?
Your wedding's place to connect, share, celebrate, and keep everyone in the loop. Open Social Page in the planner to organize guest-facing wedding details, photos, and updates. You control which sections guests see and how they participate. Social Page RSVPs remain separate from invitation Digital RSVP replies.
How do I start using BellaChelle?
Create your account, enter the basic details for your wedding, and begin with the dashboard. Your planner keeps your budget, guests, vendors, timeline, seating, designs, and other details in one connected workspace.
What should I set up first?
Start with your wedding date, working budget, and guest list. Those details make your timeline, vendor decisions, RSVP planning, seating, food quantities, and other tools more useful.
How do the budget and vendor tools work together?
Use the budget to plan category totals and expenses, then save selected vendors with their costs and payment details. This helps you compare what you planned with what you have actually committed to spend.
How do guest lists and Digital RSVPs work?
Add each guest or household to your Guest List, configure the questions on your response card, and send each guest a private RSVP link. Their attendance, party size, meal choices, and other answers update the matching guest record. Note: Guest List and Digital RSVP tools are not available on the Free plan.
Can someone help me plan in BellaChelle?
Yes. You can invite a trusted person through Team Planner so they can help with the wedding you share, without needing to create a separate wedding.
Do I have to use AI to use BellaChelle?
No. BellaChelle is an all-in-one wedding planning app first. Dora, the optional Planner Coach, can provide general product guidance, while the planning tools work independently.
