10. Templates and Designs
BellaChelle may provide templates, layouts, graphics, backgrounds, design elements, invitations, Save-the-Date designs, and other creative assets.
These materials may be subject to intellectual-property rights belonging to BellaChelle or third-party licensors.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize BellaChelle or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the billing frequency you selected.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account settings or by contacting BellaChelle.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
14. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
BellaChelle may suspend or restrict access to paid features if a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or otherwise cannot be collected.
15. Refunds and Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a billing period.
BellaChelle may, at its discretion, provide refunds, credits, or other accommodations in individual circumstances.
Any refund or credit provided in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in future situations.
